3. Logging into Back Office & Getting Paid (Direct Deposit)

    Open the site on your device at
    On the first visit to the site, you will need to do a password reset.

    • Click the password reset button
    • The Password Reset window will open
    • Enter your username (consultant ID)
    • Enter your email address we have on file (it’s this email address)
    • PIN is the one you created upon registration
    • Click Submit
    • You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link to enter a new password. Once the password has been reset you are good to log in with your new credentials and start working.

    There is a full module for a Back Office Tour which can be found from your new Back Office menu > Training. Take some time to explore. Remember, everyone is learning at the same time, so share your favorite ‘finds’ and excitement with team members.

    Please note the following:
    – You may need to disable pop-up blockers in order to see the documents (like the Consultant Manual, etc.).
    – As data syncs, you may experience a lag in some of the reports initially – esp. Out of Stock report.
    – Please use the new Support Ticket category “New Backoffice” for reporting any issues.

    How to Set Up Direct Deposit!

    This is the quickest way to make sure you get your commission! We are paid every Wednesday for the sales from the previous Sunday-Saturday!

    To set up text/email alerts so you know the second commission hits your account:

    • Login to Back Office:
    • Click the little arrow next to your name.
    • Click ‘Settings’
    • Click ‘UBAM Alerts’
    • Check the box next to ‘Weekly Commission Has Been Processed’ (and any other alerts you’d like to get!
    • Enter your phone number or email address and click ‘Opt-in’ Be sure to complete the process by confirming.
