Here is our Team Recruiting Handbook to help you learn what to say and have all the answers if you want them.
A great way to build your team is to ask all your hostesses to join 3 times before their event! You can invite them to a Tiny Taste Zoom meeting ahead of their event, or an easy way to do this is to compliment them on the great job they are doing with their invitations and ask them, What do you think about activating their account as a brand partner and earning the commission & double free books too?
You might initially get a ‘NO,’ so don’t forget to ask if they are sure they don’t want the commission because they are their friends they are inviting, not ours. Finally, if they still don’t join, you can update them after the party about how much they would have earned if they had joined, and you can tell them it’s not too late to activate their Brand Partner account!
If they want more details, you can send them to our JOIN PAGE here or use the graphic with the kit information.

It’s time to follow up!
This can be where some of you get stuck. You might freeze up because you feel like you have to convince people, or ‘sell’ them on the business, but that’s not what we are doing.
Follow-up is to help you sort people so you know how BEST to serve them.
Schedule your follow-ups for a specific date and time to make sure they actually happen.
Ask 2 questions when following up:
1. What did you like best about what you saw/heard?’
2. ‘Are you interested in learning more?’
Or if you are using the opinion approach, you might say something like, “Are you or is there anyone you know open to starting something like this?”
It takes an average of between 5-10 exposures to your business for someone interested to say yes!
Here are 2 more questions to help you pull out more information so you can address any concerns.
1. On a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being no interest… 10 being ready to sign up – where would you say you are right now?
2. GREAT! What would you need to make your (number they gave you), a (choose the next 3 higher numbers)?
Below are some common objections that might come up. Remember to put the answers in your own words and as short as possible.
Which one of these do you get the most often?
After they join, make sure to check out this sponsor checklist and get the connected with your Team Leader!
